To proceed with an application, you will need to pay a holding deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rent. This is refundable upon taking a tenancy (offset against either the 1st month’s rent or the security deposit) or if we withdraw from the proposed agreement.
This company does not charge any other fees to Tenants other than those which have been authorised by government legislation.
