The let only service starts with a market valuation. Once this has been agreed with the property owners we will arrange to take pictures for advertisement. We then place the advert on the Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation platforms.
We start to vet tenants very early at the enquiry stage and ask a series of questions prior to booking the viewing appointments. This is to ensure they are suitable and able to afford payments for the entirety of the tenancy.
This includes all services provided with the let only service with the addition of the following. Informing United Utilities, gas, electric & council service providers of any changes to the
occupancy
We will be the contact point for any maintenance issues going forward and following communication with you, we will arrange for contractors to carry out work on your behalf. If you’re not happy with the original quote then we will obtain a second quote for you.
